Reservations are required for all group classes, semi-private and private sessions. Standing appointments are available upon request. Small group classes close for reservation 24 hours prior to class start time. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all group classes, semi-private and private sessions. Teachers are subject to change at any time.


Tower Basics - Designed for both new and experienced students looking to move at a slower pace. Learn the basic Pilates Mat and Tower exercises while becoming familiar with the the Tower Wall Unit. Special attention will be paid to the setup of each exercise.

Open Tower - A mixed level, challenging, full body workout open to students of ALL levels. Utilizing the Mat, Tower, and various props come prepared to be challenged and leave feeling longer, stronger, energized and connected.

Classical Pilates Mat - With a focus on the Pilates principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow, students will dive deep into the Classical Mat sequence.  This class will help develop a strong inner core while sculpting long, lean muscles.  This is an open level class and suitable for students of all levels and experience.

Restorative Tower - A gentle class customized to work the entire body to release muscle tension, reduce pain, increase flexibility and gain overall strength. With a special attention paid to the breath and spinal alignment, students are encouraged to release the habitual patterns of holding that often result in limited movement and discomfort.

Classical Reformer Duet - A 55 minute class dedicated entirely to the Classical Reformer. Limited to two students, guaranteeing personal attention and individual instruction.  Be prepared to strengthen, lengthen and tone the whole body. Partner not required.
