Semi-Private Classes

 

All semi-private classes will be limited to three clients to ensure individualized instruction and proper form. Reservations are required. Class offering based on scheduling availability.

Classical Mat with Props ($45): Thurs 10am

A 40 minute mixed level, challenging, full body workout open to students of ALL levels. With a focus on the Pilates principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow, students will dive deep into the Classical Mat. This class will help develop a strong inner core while sculpting long, lean muscles. This is an open level class and suitable for students of all levels and experience. Utilizing the Classical Mat work and various props, come prepared to be challenged and leave feeling longer, stronger, energized and connected.

Reformer Express ($45): Tues 10am

A 40 minute mixed level class dedicated entirely to the reformer. This class will work within the classical reformer order and incorporate creative and challenging variations. With a focus on rhythm, transitions and flow, students will experience a deeper workout while still maintaining concentration, control and precision in their movement. Open to students with prior Pilates experience this open level express class will offer a dynamic workout to strengthen, lengthen, and align the body and mind.
