Open Tower - A mixed level, challenging, full body workout open to students of ALL levels. With a focus on the Pilates principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow, students will dive deep into the Classical Mat and Tower work. This class will help develop a strong inner core while sculpting long, lean muscles.  This is an open level class and suitable for students of all levels and experience. Utilizing the Mat, Tower, and various props, come prepared to be challenged and leave feeling longer, stronger, energized and connected.
